ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received
Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing
time does not include weekend days).
Orders placed on
Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders with Overnight
or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 1:00
pm, EST.
Orders are processed
and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major
holidays).

SHIPPING & HANDLING SERVICES
Our Standard Shipping & Handling Service is the most economical service
with the most practical handling time and charge. Delivery for most orders
will be within 3 to 7 business days from ship date.

OVERNIGHT OR 2nd DAY SERVICE:
If you would like to make an order with Overnight or 2nd Day Service, you will have that option with the following additional charges:
UPS Overnight Service - Add $20.00 to the standard shipping rates. Order delivery on the next business day from ship date.
UPS 2nd Day Service - Add $10.00 to the standard shipping rates. Order delivery within 2 business days from ship date.
All Shipping & Handling Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
NOTE: STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING SERVICE FOR THE TRUE BALANCE SYSTEM - 2 STEP PROCESS IS PAID ONLY ONCE PER ORDER, UPON YOUR PURCHASE.
TRUE BALANCE SYSTEM - 2 STEP PROCESS ORDERED WITH OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY SERVICE WILL BE SHIPPED AS FOLLOWS:
* THE FIRST STEP VIA OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY SERVICE.
* THE REMAINING SECOND STEP PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA STANDARD SERVICE (WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE) UNLESS YOU SELECT OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY SERVICE, AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, WHEN YOU RETURN FOR THE SECOND STEP.
IF YOU SELECT BOTH THE FIRST AND SECOND STEP OF THE TRUE BALANCE SYSTEM - 2 STEP PROCESS TO BE SHIPPED VIA OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY SERVICE, THE OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY WITH EACH STEP.
WHERE WE SHIP
hairlogic.com can ship to anywhere in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
WHERE WE DO NOT SHIP
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We are working on changing that soon, so please check back with us. Any changes to this policy will be posted here.
P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We encourage our customers with a P.O. Box Address or Military Address to check with their Post Office or Military Office and then choose an appropriate shipping method.
SALES TAX
State law requires Connecticut based businesses to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Connecticut. No sales tax outside Connecticut (subject to change).
PAYMENT
hairlogic.com accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER CARD. Please never email us your credit card number - use the secure ordering form instead.
BACKORDERS
Any items marked "backordered" are temporarily out of stock. We will ship them to you immediately when they are available.
If you order an out-of-stock product from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available.
